What is the Building Contractors Network?

Our Building Contractor Network (BCN) is a national network of local contractors who work in partnership with us throughout the building claims process. From initial validation through to drying and property repairs, our collaborative relationship helps to avoid unnecessary delays, making sure we provide a fast and seamless service.

How does our Building Contractors Network work?

It’s a one-stop-shop for building repairs – our contractors carry out all elements of the repair process, making it quicker and smoother for your customers as they don’t need to deal with multiple parties. But there’s more – our network can also undertake drying, trace and access, asbestos sampling and, most importantly, fully validate and settle claims up to £30k.

Benefits

  • We have 42 building contractors and over 140 roofers across the country to make sure we’re on site quickly, especially during weather events.
  • 4 of our building contractors are sole sites with another 4 planned by the end of this year. Our sole sites have offices exclusively dedicated to dealing with our claims which helps to offer customers a smooth claims experience with fewer touch points.
  • All contractors within the network can validate and settle claims on our behalf up until £30K.
  • We offer a 2-year guarantee on works (labour only, materials are as per manufacturers guarantee).
