Free accident recovery
We’ll collect your customer’s damaged vehicle and take it to one of our approved garages. Once repaired, the vehicle will be returned, all free of charge.
Free courtesy vehicles
If your customer’s vehicle is off the road, we’ll supply them with a free courtesy vehicle. If possible, we’ll also offer a like-for-like vehicle, including electric or hybrid models, at competitive rates.
Mobile windscreen repairs
To minimise disruption, we can travel to your customer and carry out free windscreen repairs, which come with a lifetime guarantee.
Lifetime repair guarantee
Our nationwide repairer network provides a lifetime guarantee on all repairs. And, with your customer’s permission, we’ll always look to repair damaged vehicles with recycled parts.
Claims investigators
Our in-house claims investigators will work with your customer to establish whether the personal injury claim made against them is one to defend or settle.
Total losses
Our in-house motor engineers help speed up liability decisions, supporting quicker claims settlement.
Excess suppression
Where a third party is at fault and their insurer is identified, we’ll suppress your customer’s damage excess.
Case analysis
Looking at accident types and occurrence rates we can spot trends, help identify where a fleet is most at risk, and make suggestions for suitable remedial action.
Uninsured loss recovery
If your customer makes a non-fault claim we'll recover their uninsured losses. This includes the policy excess, their personal belongings, public hire or public transport costs. We'll even cover the cost of damage to their vehicle, should the coverage be less than comprehensive.
£150 excess reduction*
For Motor Fleet and Small Fleet customers we’ll reduce their policy excess by £150 when an insured vehicle is repaired by one of our 300 approved repairers.
