The site provides access to a number of services including:
- Claims Hub – Our dedicated online claims tracking and motor claim notification tool
- Allianz Notify – Our Claim Notification App for motor fleet drivers
- Allianz Personal Broker Portal – Our portal for personal insurance brokers to access documents
- Allianz Personal Online Account Management – Our online tool to help brokers manage accounts information
Access to these services is restricted to users who have registered with us, those brokers who have an active agency agreement with us, approved third parties acting on behalf of a broker, or those policyholders who are insured by us.
Access is granted by Allianz to broker administrators who are responsible for granting access rights to the users within their organisation, or to approved third parties acting on their behalf. Allianz can access and view all material on the site including broker administration screens. You can only access sections of the site that you have been granted access to view.
Access is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Registration
To register you will need an active email address and will be asked to provide us with information about your organisation and create a password. This password should be a mixture of numerical, alphabetical and special characters. The password is personal to your account and you must treat it, and any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, as confidential, and you must not disclose this information to any third party. We have the right to disable any user account or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide us as part of the registration process is true and accurate.
A broker administrator is responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. They are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site on their behalf are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them. They must keep a record of any such person who has access to the site and must notify us of any non-compliance. They must delete accounts immediately of any person who has had access to the site who leaves your employment or ceases to act on your behalf. We may require them to restrict access by any persons whom we believe to have breached these terms. We reserve the right to amend or reset user account password in the event of staff leaving your employ.
Should you access any information belonging to a third party, you must immediately exit the site and notify us. You must delete any copies of such information. You do not have our authority or permission to use any of our documents or content on your own website.
Brokers and/or third parties approved by us to act on a broker’s behalf are able to access information relating to the broker’s insureds via the site acting as their agent. Such access will terminate should the broker cease to be their agent and you must notify us of such an event. We reserve the right to restrict access to any information on the site at an insured's request.
