How to manage your
home policy online

We've put together some handy how-to guides to help you stay in control of your cover
Log in to your account

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to your account homepage. From there, simply click on the documents icon to view and download your car insurance documents.

To make a claim, please give our claims team a call at any time.

Calls will be recorded. 

Head to our Home Emergency claims page where you will be able to call or fill out an online form.

You’ll then be passed to a 3rd party who’ll help you with your home emergency.

To talk about an open claim, please give us a call and we’ll take it from there. Calls will be recorded. For Text Phone, first dial 18001.

Please remember, our phone line is for claims only. You can do everything else in your online Allianz account.

You can change your email address at any time in our online account. Here’s how:

1)  Log in to your Allianz account

2)  From your account page, go to account details

3)  Scroll to contact details

4)  Select edit contact

5)  You'll then be able to enter your new email address.

Don't forget, this will become the email address you'll need to log into your account with.

Firstly, don’t worry… we’ve all been there!

Simply log in to your accountenter your email address and then click forgotten password.

We’ll then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

To keep your data secure, the link will only be valid for 10 minutes.

You can change the day you pay in your online account. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account
2. Select Payment
2. On the payment details page, select Change day
3. Select the day of the month you’d like us to take your payment

Don’t forget to double check your updated payment schedule when you change your payment date.
You can change the card you use to pay via your online account. Here’s how:

1.  Log in to your account and select Payment
2. On the payment details page, select Change card
3. Fill in your new payment card details

Please note: if you’ve missed a payment, you’ll still need to make a manual payment afterwards by clicking the pay now banner.

Log in to your Allianz account

1.       Select your home, make changes.

2.       Select ok, I understand.

3.       Select change address.

4.       Tell us if you’ve already moved or not.

5.       Answer the questions about your new home to get a quote.

Please check your cover and any optional extras still suits your needs. Once you’re happy, select next then save and confirm.

1.       Select your home, make changes.

2.       Scroll down to policyholder details.

3.       Expand this section and update your details.

4.       Confirm your changes.

1.       Select your home, make changes.

2.       Scroll down to policyholder details.

3.       Expand this section and select change.

4.       Confirm your changes.

Log in to your Allianz account

1.       Select your home, make changes.

2.       Scroll down to policyholder details.

3.       Expand this section and select change. To remove, scroll down to remove joint policyholder.

4.       Confirm your changes.

Log in to your Allianz account

1.       Select your home, make changes.

2.       Select ok, I understand.

3.       Scroll down to the extra covers section.

4.       Under ‘specified items’ select add item.

5.       An ‘add item’ box will appear. Add your item and confirm your changes.

6.       Select no other changes.

7.       Select the date you want the cover to start from.
