Here's what you need to know before making a home claim...
- There's no need to let us know if you’re not going to claim.
- You should only claim if it’s for more than your total excess.
- If you're reporting a theft, you'll need a crime reference number from the police.
Starting your Allianz home claim online is simple and convenient. There's no waiting in line and you can do it in your own time.
If a claim is reported between 8am and 3pm (Monday to Friday), we'll get back to you by the end of the day. Any claims reported outside these times and we'll get back to you by the end of the next working day.
If you can't log your claim online, please call our claims line. You can even call us from abroad.

When getting a quote for Allianz Home Insurance, you’ll be asked to select how much excess you’ll be willing to pay when making a claim. For most claims, our policy sets a minimum excess of £150, which can be increased up to £500 in exchange for a lower premium.
