Before the Event Insurance

Before the event (BTE) insurance provides cover for legal fees associated with bringing or defending certain types of legal actions. It’s typically an extension to, or part of, a motor, home or commercial policy. ALP doesn’t provide BTE as a standalone policy. 

We distribute BTE insurance via insurers of primary motor, home or commercial policies, insurance intermediaries and brokers (attaching to or in support of motor, home or commercial policies) and specialist outsourced claims handling providers.
