Property damage
A wide range of covers including eviction of squatters, fly-tipping, Japanese knotweed removal and more. 
Loss of rent
Cover for loss of rental income following an insured event.
Property Owners Liability
Including legionella, asbestos, corporate manslaughter and environmental clean-up cost.
Additional cover options
Employers Liability, Legal Expenses, Machinery Damage, Computer All Risks, D&O and Inspection Services available depending on customers’ requirements. 
Environmental protection
10% of building sum insured or £25,000 for the use of green and sustainable rebuild material.
Average free
We will waive the Average condition from the property section if a professional valuation has been undertaken within the last three years.
