Breach of professional duty, infringement of copyright, breach of confidentiality, defamation and other types of civil liability, up to £2,000,000.
Range of additional covers
Fraud & dishonesty, lost documents, joint ventures, automatic acquisition, court attendance, subject to terms & conditions.
Civil liability basis
Allows for any civil liability to be claimed, rather than restricted errors and omissions cover.
Specialist contractors
Cover for specialist contractors such as consultants, designers or sub-contractors employed by your customer.
Innocent non-disclosure
We’ll waive our right to avoid cover if we are satisfied of innocent non-disclosure, or innocent misrepresentation.
