1. The promoter of this prize draw is Allianz Management Services Limited (company number 03947280), a company within the Allianz UK group of companies, and whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
2. An eligible entrant is aged 18 years old or over and is a UK resident. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification (“Eligible Entrants”).
3. The opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 4th September 2024 and the closing date for entries is 10:00am GMT on 6th September 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the prize draw, Eligible Entrants must follow “@Allianz_uk” on Instagram or “@allianzuknews” on X, or “@Allianzinsuranceuk” on Facebook and (in each case) like the ’Win Tickets’ post and comment who they’d like to take to watch the rugby match.
5. Six (6) winners will be chosen at random from all of the valid entries received by the Promoter prior to the closing date, to win tickets to the England Red Roses v New Zealand rugby match on Saturday 14th September 2024 at the Allianz Stadium:
a. Two (2) winners from ‘@Allianz_uk’ on Instagram
b. Two (2) winners from ‘@allianzuknews’ on X
c. Two (2) winners from ‘@Allianzinsuranceuk’ on Facebook
6. Winners must arrange their own travel, accommodation and food and beverage at their own expense.
7. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the prize draw, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the prize draw, are excluded from entry.
8. There is no maximum number of entries per person, however, entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. The winners will be confirmed by 23:59pm GMT the 9h September 2024 by a [via direct message on the social media account from the official Allianz account.If the winners cannot be contacted within one day of confirmation, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant drawn at random.
10. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries. The prize draw is for Eligible Entrants only and any tickets you win are for your personal domestic use, only.
11. Tickets are subject to the Rugby Football Union’s ticket terms and conditions and ground rules and spectator code of conduct available at www.englandrugby.com/tickets (“RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions”). Should there be a breach of the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions, please be aware that the Promoter may be requested by the RFU to remove access to the prize draw and the RFU may enforce the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions. Please carefully read the RFU Ticket Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter may also co-operate with the RFU to identify and manage breaches of the RFU’s Ticket Terms and Conditions.
13. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any of our other promotions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the prize draw.
15. Winners will participate in all required publicity and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites. Winners will reasonably cooperate with all required publicity as a result of winning.
16. If you object to any or all of your details, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available (in each case in accordance with clause 15 above), please contact the Promoter at digitalhelp@allianz.co.uk before 10th September 2024.
17. Notwithstanding clause 16 above, please note that the winners’ details and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards authority on request.

19. Prizes are as stated and are subject to availability (the Promoter has four (4) tickets for this match). In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any goods or services supplied.
20. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
21. All prizes will be sent by Wednesday 11th September 2024 as long as valid contact details are provided.
22. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the prize draw where necessary to do so.
24. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the promotion and to award prizes.

26. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, X or Facebook. Eligible Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram, X or Facebook. By entering this prize draw, each Eligible Entrant releases Instagram, X or Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this prize draw must be directed to the Promoter, not Instagram, X or Facebook.
27. No liability and no responsibility (in each case) is accepted by the Promoter for (i) any issues with, (ii) damage to, (iii) inability to access, or (iv) loss of (in each case) the tickets. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
28. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We all agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
